Alexander Technique
The Alexander Technique is a simple, yet sophisticated skill that helps us get rid of the excess muscular tension we carry throughout our body, tension that we often don’t even notice. No matter what we do — stand, sit, walk, even eat, text and brush our teeth, we usually use too much effort, which distorts our spine and results in all sorts of pain.
