exercise and focused breathing are all valuable tools
that can be used to bring the entire body into balance.
Our exercises are simple to learn, fun to practice and
can have deeply rejuvenating effects. In addition, when
you need a more extensive regimen, we offer referrals
to well-respected movement specialists in Pilates
and Feldenkrais.
